When opening 2 or 3D data spectra that do not have valid data limits are now automatically removed by default.
A TSYS value can now be reported by the statistics toolbox. This will only
work for JCMT ACSIS data. This is the same value as reported in the spectral
synopsis, but uses the the variance from a region, not the whole spectrum.
